Individual Coaching

 

Individual coaching for leaders is working in One-on-One mode (bilateral). A structured protocol, a relationship of trust and respect for deontological rules guaranteeing in particular confidentiality are the basis for achieving the objectives. Leadership coaching provides support at different levels: behaviors, abilities, values and beliefs, and even identity.

Strategical Coaching

Strategic coaching in the personal development of leaders on which depends his professional project or his company. It is therefore a long-term commitment (many years at a rate of about 1-2 sessions per month). This long-term commitment to the path of change, and therefore of success, is a strategic choice.

Specific Coaching

Specific coaching focuses on a main theme agreed upon in advance with the coachee, although other related themes may be addressed. It often lasts a few weeks (6-10 sessions). It allows to reach specific objectives by focusing on a main issue.

Flash Coaching

Flash coaching is used for extremely limited and often urgent problems. It is then to benefit from a very short accompaniment (1 session) to operate a focused work, but allowing to unblock a constraint. The beneficial effects of this type of coaching are often underestimated, wrongly.

Team Coaching

 

Is a coaching of a group of people (multilateral). In a company, this group of people has common interests and objectives. In this type of coaching, the collective intelligence is solicited to develop the group’s capacities and to bring out the best solutions and achieve the goals at the collective level.

Multifaceted and evolving, collective intelligence emerges within work groups, according to a process that can be encouraged in several possible ways.

Board Coaching

This includes both Boards of Directors and Executive Boards who face very high challenges in very demanding environments and working conditions. Specific coaching to develop a particular theme, or regular coaching of this type of team, can bring substantial results with a strong leverage effect because it is reflected throughout the organization.

Team Coaching

This type of coaching is aimed at all teams – regardless of their size – that make up the company, apart from the management. Through a simple approach, it allows to optimize the functioning of the team and therefore its results.

Organization Coaching

Addresses organizations or important departments within them. The same method as for team coaching is used, but this time on a larger scale. This is often done in the context of change management. A team of several coaches is then formed in order to succeed in getting the coaching to intervene in a reduced window of time, impeding the operational activity of the organization to a minimum.

The coaching process itself will start according to a precise process and a structured protocol. The framework will be recalled, the problem identified and the objectives of the coaching defined, leading the coachee or the team to awareness allowing the implementation of a concrete action plan.

ANALYSIS

The actions implemented will be measured and put into perspective with the objectives and the criteria of achievements previously defined to draw a final review.
