Strategy
It consists in defining the vision and the mission of the company to create value, and to determine the choices that will be made to achieve the set objectives: how to allocate resources and skills – by definition limited – whether they are financial, material, human.
Vision & Values
The mission is the reason for the organization’s existence, its fundamental purpose from which its values flow. The vision is the desired future state (at least for the next 10 years). Both are the very identity of the organization that will give the general direction that should inspire the strategic orientation (for the next 3 years). It is therefore essential to identify and communicate them clearly
Diagnosis & Decisions
The strategic diagnosis consists of taking into account the impact of the external environment and the organization’s resources and skills (internal), as well as the influences of stakeholders. The diagnosis can be done at the global level of the organization or specifically for each SBA (Strategic Business Area). It should be followed by clear decisions and choices, i.e. the selection of strategies and future directions in which resources will be allocated.
Implementation
Strategic deployment consists of implementing strategic decisions through concrete actions. This may impact the structure, the organization and the processes and therefore the employees of the organization. Change management will be a central theme at this stage.
Human Capital
We consider the human being as a capital and not as a simple resource. Human capital is the sum total of the knowledge, skills, experience and talents of the people in an organization. Indeed, it is the people who make up the organization that make it successful, especially the managers because they hold a leverage effect by their position. Their selection and development is therefore essential.
Recruitment
The process will start with a complete assessment of the client’s (organization’s) initial situation and needs. Then, the search for potential candidates and their selection will be carried out using modern intelligence analysis tools, but also using human skills at every step. The interviews of the candidates with the client will lead to the final choice. Then, given the importance of the first months of activity of the new manager, we also propose a 6 months coaching to ensure a sustainable success.
Developpment
In a constantly changing environment, the development of a company’s leaders and managers must be institutionalized to be effective at the level of the entire organization. But it is also very interesting to act at the individual level through a coaching approach to facilitate and accelerate this change process.
Outplacement
The collaboration between a leader and his organization must sometimes be interrupted. Whatever the reason, it is not easy for the leader to find the next challenge. We help leaders going through this type of situation to overcome this ordeal, the coaching method remaining the most effective.
Innovation
Is an economic driver and also a success factor for business. this is the process of translating a new idea or an invention into a good or service that creates value or for which customers will pay. It can increase your revenue and improve the quality or efficiency of the organization..
Process
For any organization, it is possible to innovate in a structured and systematic way. To do so, a global innovation process must be set up in the company, which, to be effective, must be adapted to the organization. This approach allows to define the steps, the key success factors, the business intelligence system and especially the people responsible for the process.
Project
The whole process, but especially the implementation of the innovation goes through the project. Indeed, the project makes it possible to structure the innovative process, at least punctually. Light and agile methods allow to reach the desired result: to generate new ideas (Design thinking), to innovate at a team level (Scrum or Lean) or to harmonize and coordinate innovation at the whole organization level (SAFe).
